Rose Oval - framed
This cast was created using a delicate rose head hand picked in our Fife garden. The impression of the fresh flowers have been taken in terracotta clay and the background carefully painted pale blue. The cast has been framed in a Fatroe & Ball railings stained box frame with hand painted brown detailing and comes ready to hang. Every Imprint cast is made by hand using a unique casting technique to capture the imprint of delicate botanical forms.

Materials: 100% Plaster of Paris, handle with care but the cast can be gently sponged clean if it gets marked. Please be aware that all my casts are poured by hand so there may be some variation in the thickness of the cast.
My casts can be collected from my studio in Fife or Edinburgh or I can arrange to hand deliver the item to you for a small fee within Edinburgh and Fife.
